About Bryan
Bryan Fromstein is a partner at Rosen Fromstein LLP. Bryan obtained an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and obtained his LL.B. from Queen’s University. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario.
Selected Cases
Streamline Foods Ltd v. Jantz Canada Corporation -  Acted for the Defendant in successfully resisting a motion to add a new Plaintiff to the action after the expiry of the limitation period.  This case was upheld on appeal.

F.D.M. Contracting v. FTD Construction Inc. - Successfully defended a motion for summary judgment.

Heger v. Varajao - Acted for Defendants on a complex motion involving the parol evidence rule, the Statute of Frauds, and part performance. 

Bank of Nova Scotia v. Buonissimo Gourmet Specialties Inc. - Successful garnishment application to have funds which were garnished by a bank returned to the applicants.
